Field Day is
Ham Radio's
Open House

More than 40,000 hams throughout North America set up temporary transmitting stations, raise antennas in public places to demonstrate ham radio's science, skill and service to our communities and our nation. It combines public service, emergency preparedness, community outreach, and technical skills all in a single event. Field Day has been an annual event since 1933, and remains the most popular event in amateur radio.

Field Day is on the afternoon of June 21st until the afternoon of June 22nd, 2025 and the event is located at the pavilion at the American Legion Ira Weaver Post 121 Blairsville, GA. All Amateur Radio Operators, family and friends and the public are welcome to stop by and see Ham Radio Operators making contacts around the world.

We have plenty of free parking nearby so stop by and see what it is all about!
