This is entirely optional but if you do place an order, you will be responsible for the printing costs.

1. The Webmaster will use the information in the form you provide and send you back an image file for proofing and printing.
2. Carefully check the image for accuracy and send it back to the Webmaster at craig@w4ngt.com if it needs correction.
3. Once you are happy with it, send it to the printer of your choice.  The webmaster recommends www.vistaprint.com
